Are you a qualified Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting early development?
Long Term Futures are working with a vibrant and nurturing primary school in the heart of Brent who are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting within the Nursery class, although strong Reception specialists may also be considered.
The school's Early Years setting places an emphasis on learning through play, strong routine, and purposeful interaction. With a holistic approach to the Early Years Foundation Stage, they provide a warm and inclusive space where every child is known and valued.
The Role:
- Supporting children aged 3-4 in line with the Early Years Framework
- Delivering high-quality interactions to support speech and language
- Acting as a key worker, contributing to observations and planning
- Providing 1:1 support and small group instruction
- Promoting curiosity, independence, and emotional development
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment for child-led learning
Who We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education - essential
- Strong understanding of child development and early milestones
- Experience in Nursery or Reception settings
- Confident using EYFS observations and assessment tools
- Positive, calm, and passionate about early intervention
