As a Electrical Shift Engineer with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Carry out electrical repairs on site to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Use own initiative to carry out work safely and effectively without constant close supervision to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Work as part of a helpful, pro-active building and facilities team that will responsibly communicate with members of the client and own team achieve good communication and passage of information.
- Follow site safe systems of work and procedures to ensure a high level of safety is maintained.
- Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve.
- Remain flexible with regards to site tasks undertaken within personal competency.
- Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Good communication skills at team and management level both within the team and to the Client.
- Excellent aptitude to time management.
- Experience of working successfully within the requirements of a regulatory body.
- Work well within a team.
- Numerate and computer literate.
- Excellent communications both written and verbal.
- BTEC NC/ND Electrical qualification or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- At least 5 years fully qualified in industry
