Governing Body Minute Taker of Multiple SchoolsPermanent, 5.21hrs Per Week, Term-Time Only (38 Weeks)Scale 3, Point 6 - 8: £25,183 - £25,992 (Actual Salary: £3,014.88 - £3,111.73)Starting Date - September 2025 We are seeking to appoint an Administrator for the Governing Bodies of:Mornington Primary SchoolLarkfields Infant SchoolHollywell Primary SchoolKimberley Primary SchoolGilthill Primary SchoolAwsworth Primary School We are looking to appoint an individual who can provide an efficient and effective minuting service to the above local governing bodies. The individual will undertake administrative and organisational tasks with regard to the half-termly governing body meetings. All schools are part of the East Midlands Education Trust and serve the children and families of Kimberley and the surrounding areas and hold six meetings per year for each school. Meetings are usually held in the evening and are scheduled to take place once per half term on different days. Meetings will usually be held during school term-time.
