Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, is advertising a full-time position on a 3-year fixed term contract within the Tutorial Department for a Head of Wellbeing based at the College.

The Head of Wellbeing will lead the development and delivery of a whole-of-College approach to wellbeing, encompassing students, staff, and Fellows. This role is pivotal in creating and sustaining a supportive, inclusive, and healthy environment where all members of the College community can thrive personally and professionally. The postholder works collaboratively with senior leadership, Tutors, College Nurse and EDI Team, HR, academic staff, and external partners to embed wellbeing into College cul-ture and practice.

The Head of Wellbeing will oversee and coordinate wellbeing support services, ensuring accessible, timely, and confidential support for individuals across the College including line management of the College Nurse and the Pelican Officer. They will also serve as a key liaison between the College and the University’s central wellbeing services, occupa-tional health, and external support providers.

Applicants for this post must have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. in mental health, counselling, HR, occupational health, social work, or psychology) and profession-al experience in wellbeing, mental health, HR, student services, occupational health, or related field. They must also have a strong understanding of mental health issues and wellbeing frameworks as they apply to both students and employees. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional wellbeing initiatives in a complex organisation is essen-tial, along with excellent interpersonal skills communicating sensitively and effectively across diverse groups.
