The Priory Witham Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Behaviour Improvement Lead to join a school that makes a genuine difference to its students and supports its staff to achieve their individual goals. Are you passionate about fostering inclusivity and making a real difference in students' lives? Do you excel at identifying behaviour trends and implementing innovative strategies? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become our Behaviour Improvement Officer with a strong focus on positive behaviour management. We believe that every student deserves equal access to education, opportunities and success.

The successful postholder will work directly with pupils on behavioural targets, planning and delivering intervention sessions, collaborate with the SEND team, participate in reintegration meetings, support the detention system, engage with parents to enhance involvement and feed into the analysis of trends, identifying actions for individual or group behavioural improvement, providing advice to staff on behaviour targets and plans.
