Crynodeb
The main duties are to provide a high level of care navigation and reception service to Patients, signposting to in-house clinicians and other members of the Practice Team as we as external services, booking appointments with a holistic approach, dealing with queries and general administrative duties. Hours required for this role are: Monday - Friday . Am shifts start at 8am, evening shifts end at 6.30pm and the sucessful candidate will be required to work a mix of the two shift patterns.
