Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products and concrete products manufacturing industry. They are seeking a new electrical maintenance engineer, who has experience with a range of production machinery, to join their team!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively carry out planned maintenance tasks and responding in a timely manner to breakdown repairs whilst meeting safety, health, environmental and financial targets.
  • Maintain production equipment with a proactive approach to provide robust repairs to prevent future losses to uptime.
  • Maintaining plant instrumentation systems, including PLCs
  • Maintaining computerized maintenance management systems

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • PLC Fault Finding knowledge (desired)
  • Electrical fault-finding knowledge
  • Knowledge of LOTO procedures
  • NVQ level 3 in engineering or similar (desired)
  • Ability to work a mixture of shift patterns
