This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
* Lead by example by strictly following all IT security best practices to show and support all staff.
* End user account creation and management.
* Administration of end user services within 365.
Required skills and qualifications
* Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
* 5 years' experience of providing excellent customer service and IT second support within a technical IT related role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience of administering User and Computer accounts within Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, or Manage Engine.
