Summary

Acorn is currently recruiting for Labourers/ Industrial Cleaners at Port Talbot Steelworks for long-term positions at TATA Steel Port Talbot.


Successful applicants will have:

* Experience of working in an industrial environment is desirable, but not essential
* A CCNSG Site Safety Passport is desirable, or the ability to obtain one.
* A willingness to take a substance abuse test.

* A driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Industrial cleaning
* Manual handling
* Strict observation of health and safety regulations
* Shovelling heavy material
* Water jetting
* Reporting incidents or near misses to the relevant parties.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

Pay Rate: £12.42 per hour
