Your new role
As Director of Housing & Care Services, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of both Retirement Living and Extra Care services. This senior leadership role involves overseeing a large, dispersed team and ensuring the delivery of integrated housing and care solutions that meet the evolving needs of older people. You will be responsible for financial performance, regulatory compliance, service innovation, and resident satisfaction across both service areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership across housing and care services
- Driving service transformation and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with housing, care, and health & safety regulations
- Managing performance, budgets, and business growth
- Championing resident engagement and high-quality service delivery
- Building strong internal and external partnerships
What you'll need to succeed
- Substantial senior-level experience in housing and/or care services
- Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering service improvements
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent leadership skills
