* Ensure compliance with procurement frameworks, risk management procedures, and relevant regulations.
* Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on value for money and service excellence.
* Collaborate effectively across teams and promote a positive customer experience.

What we are looking for:

* Member RICS/CIOB or equivalent experience in construction industry
* Evidence of and commitment to continual professional and personal development
* Must hold full current driving licence
* Ability to travel to various locations using own transport with business insurance
* Understanding of the needs in a social housing environment and the climate in which Registered Providers (RP’s) of housing
work.
* Proven track record of delivering projects within the parameters of time, cost and quality.

Interview Process:

* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview. Interviews will take place week
commencing 17th March 2025.
