Crynodeb
This role is combines a mix of office based, home working and on site clinical engagement. You will be: - Offering advice and guidance on the effective use of Sunrise EPR - Working with the wider IT team to resolve EPR issues and service calls - Supporting the creation and development of both new and updated system implementations - Participating in business change, design, configuration, development and system testing - Working flexibly and together with the team to achieve deliverables against plans - Visiting clinical areas and collaborating with clinicians - Providing on the ground support including working out of hours / nights, during system implementations - Providing out of hours on call support on a rotational basis (on average one week in every three months).
