Crynodeb
The successful candidate will work as a specialist nurse on a permanent basis within an established multi-professional team. You will be hospital based supporting inpatient care, providing education and support for families. You will also support multi-professional clinics as well as seeing patients independently in nurse clinics. You will provide clinical advise and support to families and schools to try and prevent deterioration in illness and reduce hospital admissions. You will provide education and support to nursery and school staff to enable children and young people to return to their usual routines. You will be involved with starting patients on new technologies and providing patients and families with ongoing education and support to reduce the risk of short and long-term complications.
