This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a supportive environment. You will work as part of a small, experienced nursing team providing high-quality care to our patient population. Key Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of nursing services and clinical care to patients Deliver care within the boundaries of the role, focusing on: Supporting patients in managing long-term conditions Health promotion and screening activities Prevention and lifestyle support Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider clinical team to ensure safe, effective care Follow practice protocols, policies, and national guidance Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records Core Duties Include: Childhood, travel, and routine immunisations and injections Womens health, including cervical screening and contraception Wound management and dressings Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma Smoking cessation support
