Crynodeb
As Service lead you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a quality and effective Laboratory. You will work with the exsisting Blood Sciences manager in developing service plans, challenging existing practices, ensuring progressive solutions, which take into account models of best practice, are incorporated. You will ensure that all income required to support delivery of the service is identified and that budgets to deliver this are realistic. You will work closely with the General Manager, clinicians and services in other parts of the Trust to ensure delivery plans are compatible and to maximise opportunities for more efficient ways of working. Supporting Clinicians to re-design services that deliver improved clinical outcomes for patients, reduced waiting times and more efficient use of resources.
