Join our vibrant Learning & Engagement team on a temporary maternity cover contract, where creativity meets community! We design and deliver inspiring arts projects that connect professional artists with people of all ages across Perth and Perthshire. From youth theatre and school workshops to inclusive dance and music sessions for adults, our work empowers individuals to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop new skills. Whether in our venues or out in rural communities, we’re passionate about making the arts accessible to everyone.
We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Engagement Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to help bring these projects to life. You’ll manage and support a diverse programme of workshops, working closely with freelance artists, community partners, and participants. Your background in creative learning, participatory arts, or community engagement—especially in music, theatre, or dance—will help you thrive in this role. If you’re an organised, people-focused professional with a passion for inclusive arts and a talent for project coordination, we’d love to hear from you!
Full job description & further information is available from our website or email recruitment@perththeatreandconcerthall.com
Due to the high volume of applications, if you have not heard from us within two weeks of the role closing, please assume that your application has not been successful.
