About the role of Assistant Site Manager
A leading housing developer have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager to join their award-winning team. The company operate across Kent region delivering high quality homes in desirable areas.
Working on a busy site you will be reporting to the Site Manager; on a daily basis you will be assisting with the daily management on-site ensuring homes are built to an exceptional Standard. Your role will involve dealing with plots from pre plaster stages through to internal fit out from 1st fix and getting plots ready for completion and handover.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
- Previous management experience within a volume house builder
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
- Up to date knowledge of Building legislation and warranty providers' requirements (LABC, NHBC)
- Timber frame experience would be advantageous
