Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manager leading maintenance contractor based in Peterborough working on a Decarbonisation contract

  • Looking for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Planned/ Net Zero schemes on time and within budget
  • Strong Health and Safety knowledge, able to assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery.
  • Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports, assist with design solutions and ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays
  • Develop relations with clients and stakeholders and provide effective management of engineers and subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind

What you will need:

  • Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within Retrofit works
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • CSCS Managers card
  • Knowledge of IT Applications ranging from Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project
  • A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
