What You’ll Do
As a Nursing Associate with Nurseplus, you'll play a vital role in delivering hands-on, high-quality care that supports individuals’ health and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing clinical support including catheter care, wound care, and monitoring and recording vital signs.
• Delivering compassionate care to individuals at the end of life, always ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Working closely with Registered Nurses and wider healthcare teams to implement and maintain personalised care plans.
• Assisting with the management of long-term conditions and supporting clients in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Accurately maintaining care records in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
What We Need From You
• A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
• At least six months of UK-based paid experience.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
