We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 midwife to lead on our NIPE service. This will involve setting up and delivering yearly updates to all of our NIPE trained midwives.
The role will involve both clinical shifts and teaching sessions. Are you an experienced NIPE practitioner? Do you enjoy teaching and motivating colleagues? This could be the role for you, if so we look forward to hearing from you.
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is now one of the largest Trusts in the country. As a fully established, merged trust we are extremely proud of the maternity services across MSE. Our sites include Southend, Basildon and Broomfield Hospital and two Freestanding Midwifery Units.
Providing high quality patient care, a positive experience for both Women and their families and being an excellent, compassionate and respectful workforce is at the centre of our service.
Our maternity units are both modern and well equipped which helps contribute to development and progression of our midwives.
You will be working alongside our team of staff responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating holistic, high quality and individualised care which respects patients’ personal dignity and beliefs
