YOUR ROLE:
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you’ll:
âœ”ï¸ Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
âœ”ï¸ Advise on complex land law issues and leasehold transactions.
âœ”ï¸ Handle development work, including options, promotions, and conditional contracts.
âœ”ï¸ Deliver outstanding client service, keeping them informed every step of the way.

âœ”ï¸ Support the Head of Department in promoting and growing the practice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property. The ideal candidate will have:
