Job Title: Nursery Catering Operations Manager/Driver
Location: Bristol
Salary: £15 per hour | 25–30 hours per week
Start Date: June 2025 (in preparation for July contract mobilisation)

Cucina Bambini is one of Bristol’s newest nursery catering companies. Delivering fresh, nutritious and exciting meals to little ones across the city. We’re a young company with a strong reputation—and big ambitions. With a major new contract launching in July and targets set to double our nursery partnerships over the next two years, we’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on operations manager to join our journey and help us grow.
The Role
We’re looking for an adaptable, proactive and practical individual to join our team as a Nursery Catering Operations Manager/Driver. This is a hybrid role involving client relationship management, operations coordination, delivery driving and hands-on support with our kitchen and packing team. No two days will be the same and you’ll be central to our continued success and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of our nursery catering service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients
• Coordinate and assist with packing and delivery of meals to our nursery partners (currently five sites)
• Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure high standards and smooth workflows
• Support the mobilisation of our new nursery contract launching in July
• Identify operational improvements and support growth targets
• Contribute to the overall development and direction of the business
What We’re Looking For
• A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Great people skills and a confident communicator
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A clean UK driving licence and confidence navigating around Bristol
• Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service operations
• A proactive mindset and passion for helping a young business grow

• 25–30 hours per week (with some flexibility)
