Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Partnerships Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll build and maintain growth of your allocated area by successfully upselling and cross-selling the company's vast product range.
Responsibilities:
Order processing
Dealing with day to day and complex queries
Answering inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls to your area
Team approach to sales group inbox, booking review and growth meetings for current customers
Contact of inactive current accounts
Maintaining customer portal accounts, maintaining customer details.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:
Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
Management of customer accounts
Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
Team work
Customer service and excellent communication
Problem solving and complaints management
Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.
Hours of work - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 with additional retention based bonus.
