Job Title: Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead
Location: Edwinstowe
Salary : £27.80ph, plus bonus
Hours: Full time 7am-7pm 3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends
Job Description:
The Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care within the healthcare facility. This position requires a dynamic individual to support the manager in overseeing clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations and act as the second-in-command.
- Lead and supervise the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans and ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Address patient queries and concerns efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a clinical setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in healthcare management or related field.
- Experience in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Certification in clinical leadership or management.
