Looking for an experienced Maintenance Roofer join a leading Property services company on their responsive repairs Contract based in Brixton
- You will work on a Social Housing repairs contract that delivers the highest quality services to occupied and void properties in the local area.
- Undertake a variety of building services tasks such as, applying tile, slate or composition materials to roofs.
- Clearing out gutters and drains, Scraping or pulling off old roofing material.
- Remedial repairs to roofs and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 + company van and fuel card, bonuses, overtime, 26 days holidays, enhanced pension and more
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license for at least 12 months
- Level 2 Trade related qualification is a must
- Experience in a similar role ideally in Social housing or domestic work
