Summary
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated results-driven Area Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. As an Area Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations, training and developing commercial cleaners to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and driving sales to maximise profitability within the company. Excellent communications skills are required with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges are required to ensure the daily business activities run smoothly.
A good knowledge of heath & safety regulations and protocols is desirable.
Must be able to independently travel between locations so the use of a vehicle is essential, fuel allowance is provided.
