HOURS: 35 hours PER WEEK – to be worked Monday – Friday, roughly between 8:30 - 3:30 pm but flexibility is required in case of early hospital appointments
• RATE OF PAY: £12.60 per hour
• Cineworld unlimited pass
• Based in the Latchford area of Warrington, Cheshire.
• A car owner/driver is not essential for this role. I would use my wheelchair for outings and local places within walking distance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A PERSONAL ASSISTANT IS REQUIRED to provide personal and practical assistance to enable me to live independently in my own home, and within the community.
Personal Requirements:
Supporting with personal care
Support with physical therapy
Support with general housework; mopping, washing dishes, laundry, cleaning and wiping surfaces
Support with cooking and meal preparation and shopping
Support transferring using stand aid / return equipment
Support attending hospital appointments
Please note that the successful applicant would need to be comfortable around dogs, as we have a pet dog who is very friendly.
