Crynodeb
Travel to patients homes in order to give SACT (systemic anti-cancer treatment) Able to take blood tests and observations in the patient's homes and facilitate review when bloods back in order to keep patients out of hospital As this is a fairly new service be able to contribute with ideas to further progress the service Work as part of a team to ensure best care and comminication to patients Able to work on OTC at times when not required on home visits Embrace and be competent and safe with 'single check' of treatments within the role out of the hospital
