We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of key production documents and will assist in the efficient planning and scheduling of activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all resources are effectively utilised to meet customer demands and production deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce all production / manufacturing related paperwork using Microsoft and our bespoke IT system.
• Plan production and maintain schedules to satisfy customer demand and the sales team within the available production capacity.
• Review the plan and make real time adjustments, where necessary, to meet the business need.
• Ensure production capacity and material availability is controlled.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
• Contribute to company continuous improvement and quality assurance procedures and policies.

Person Specifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role.
• Experience within a manufacturing background is preferable.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to identify patterns/trends and make informed decisions.
• Systematic approach to problem solving whilst managing changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to production requirements.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines as required.
