On behalf of our client, ISS UK, we are recruiting for a General Assistant who will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service, all the while being a positive influence on each customer’s day.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that involves food and drink service, cleanliness, and maintaining high standards throughout the outlet.
The Role
Make specialty drinks and serving food
Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition
Take ownership of your workplace and constantly seek to improve the service
Handle cash and use the till system
Ensure the highest standard and quality of all food & drink
Attend meetings, courses and training sessions
Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet, including all customer seating areas, floors, tables and chairs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
About You
Experience working in a customer focused environment
Great at providing the best service
Friendly and approachable
Be able to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
Work well individually and part of a team
