Responsibilities
Construct and install wooden structures including frames, doors, and windows.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute designs accurately.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using appropriate tools and machinery.
Collaborate with architects and builders to determine project specifications and timelines.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Perform repairs and renovations on existing structures as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and perform routine maintenance when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lifting requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £17.01
