DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Are you an experienced Traffic Marshall looking for a solid contract with great pay? We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established civils contractor working on a busy project in the Worcester area. If you’ve got a valid CSCS card, Traffic Marshall ticket, and driving licence, we want to hear from you.
What’s in it for you:
You’ll earn £20 per hour paid via Umbrella PAYE. The role offers guaranteed 9-hour days with the potential for overtime. You’ll be joining a professional site team, working on a long-term project with weekly pay and ongoing support from our agency.
About the role:
As the site Traffic Marshall, you’ll be responsible for safely directing vehicle movements around the site, managing deliveries, guiding drivers, and ensuring pedestrian safety. You’ll help maintain a clean and hazard-free working area and report any safety concerns directly to the Site Manager.
Requirements:
To be considered, you must hold a valid CSCS card, a current Traffic Marshall (Banksman) certificate, and a full UK driving licence. Previous experience on construction or civils sites is preferred, along with a reliable and safety-first attitude.
