Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Boldon who are looking for a CE, Class 1 driver.
Please note: this role will be a mix of Class 1 and Class 2 work. This can be a trunk run or local multidrop with handball.
This role is expected be ongoing, on a temp to perm basis.
Job Description: Multidrop delivery around the North East Trunk runs Physically demanding role with handball Reading orders and ensuring the clients receive the right items Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0700 start Finish times vary as some days will require larger deliveries than others Requirements: Class CE licence Valid Driver Card (Digi Tacho Card) Valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC) No DD/DR/IN endorsements Maximum of 6 points Pay: £14.25 per hour Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift PAYE Added benefits: Weekly pay Holiday pay (accrual basis) Pension contributions Personal accident insurance 24/7 support Both temporary and permanent assignments (we work around your schedule) This role has an immediate start. - 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
