Looking for highly motivated experiencd bar staff for busy local pub based in Eston.
Must be friendly, polite and motivated.
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic people to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional guest experiences. As a customer facing role, you will be responsible for serving drinks, including mocktails/cocktails and alcoholic beverages, keeping the area clean and tidy, and ensuring that our patrons enjoy their time in our establishment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Upsell drinks and snacks to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning tables
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, following all cash handling procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
