Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a meaningful opportunity to support pupils with complex additional needs?
We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming specialist provision in Calderdale, seeking a committed SEND HLTA to join their nurturing team. This is an exciting chance to make a lasting impact in a school that prioritises inclusion, therapeutic practice, and holistic learning.
In this vital position, you will play a key part in the day-to-day learning and development of pupils with a wide range of needs. You'll support classroom delivery, lead small-group interventions, and occasionally cover full class sessions using pre-prepared materials.

Supporting emotional regulation through trauma-informed and therapeutic strategies

Using communication tools such as PECS, visuals, and Makaton
