Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Brief description:
Deliver engaging ICT lessons to students with SEMH needs in a supportive and structured environment.

About the school:
A specialist secondary school supporting students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The school offers a nurturing setting with a focus on personal development, therapeutic support, and individualised learning pathways.

About the role:
The ICT Teacher will plan and deliver tailored ICT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, ensuring lessons are accessible and motivating for learners with a range of additional needs. You'll collaborate with the wider team to support student progress, behaviour, and engagement in learning.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Design and deliver an inclusive ICT curriculum
- Support students' academic and emotional development
- Work closely with the SENCO and pastoral team
- Create a calm and purposeful learning environment
- Use assessment to track progress and inform planning

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Experience working with students with SEMH or SEN
- Strong ICT subject knowledge and creativity in delivery
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
