Admin Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our real estate business, which involves the buying and selling of our own properties as well as the letting and management of owned or leased real estate. The role includes coordinating and scheduling property-related activities, maintaining communication with agents, tenants, contractors, and legal representatives, and ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed. Responsibilities also include handling documentation related to property transactions, leases, compliance, and legal filings, as well as keeping accurate records of property inventories, sales, tenant agreements, and returns. Effective communication with vendors, service providers, and legal entities is essential to support smooth day-to-day operations and to resolve any minor issues or delays. Our portfolio is mainly in Nottingham and surrounding East Midlands area so knowledge of the area and the property market is a bonus. Proficiency in Urdu and English is also essential for clear communication with stakeholders in Pakistan and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position offers a salary of £39,000 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour work week, and includes 28 days of holiday pay along with statutory sick pay and maternity/paternity benefits. This role is based in our office in Nottingham.
