About You
You must have experience of leading a housekeeping team. You'll manage the cleaning rota, leading by example. And, whether planning the week's laundry, ordering a new batch of cleaning products or reading up on new infection control procedures, you'll always have the wellbeing of our residents in mind above anything else.
We're looking for an experienced head housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping and time management skills. So, you'll have outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. What's essential, though, are your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.

Birch Heath Lodge
Birch Heath Lodge is situated in the picturesque village of Christleton and is a short drive from Chester. The home is registered to provide care for up to 36 elderly residents. Christleton proves to be a popular residential care setting, with easy access to the town centre whilst being able to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. Birch Heath Lodge has three lounges, a dining area and a conservatory which leads out to the lovely gardens. Residents can now also relax in the home's new study. Care provider Maria Mallaband are well-known for a growing portfolio of luxury accommodation, dedicated to being adaptable to personal circumstance and to provide access to any necessary health expertise from a homely and comfortable environment.
