We're looking for individuals with:
- A huge heart, deep empathy, and a belief in the potential of every child.
- A creative and positive approach to overcoming challenges.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/C or above) are essential.
- Experience or knowledge of SEN, SEMH, or ASD is a significant advantage.
