At Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy, we have a new position open for an Administrative Assistant to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception Thursday 8.30am-4pm & Friday 8.30am-3.30pm - 13.5 hours a week 39 weeks per year. 30 minute unpaid lunch break.Pro rata salary- £7866.81-£7990.54

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
