Do you want to be part of something amazing?
Are you a passionate, hard-working, Teaching Assistant who is experienced at offering support in Key Stage 1 and flexible to work across all key stages when necessary? Then you could be the person we are looking for.
We are currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our well established team. We are looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to contribute to the teaching and learning at Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident and be able to work well as part of the Primary team. The post holder will support pupils within Key Stage 1, however we do expect our teaching assistants to be flexible to work across school.
Archway Learning Trust, previously Bluecoat Academies Trust was formed in April 2014 as a result of the very long and successful history of Bluecoat Academy. The Trust comprises of Bluecoat Aspley Academy, Bluecoat Aspley Sixth Form, Bluecoat Wollaton Academy, Bluecoat Beechdale Academy, Bluecoat Trent Academy, Bluecoat Primary Academy, Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy, The Nottingham Emmanuel School, The Long Eaton School, Lees Brook Academy, Alvaston Moor Academy and the Bluecoat SCITT Alliance (School Centred Initial Teacher Training).
Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy has 210 primary pupils (30 per year group) in addition to a 26 FTE place Nursery. It has a strong set of values that are at the heart of its work and there is a clear vision for the future.
The children we serve at Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy are from very diverse backgrounds and so our approach needs to be flexible, understanding and adaptive and maintaining focus on our core values. We offer a nurturing environment to our pupils as well as our staff. Staff wellbeing is important at our school and within our Trust. We utilise a range of strategies to ensure children and adults alike are able to thrive.
The growth and development of our Multi-Academy Trust makes this an excellent opportunity to join us, as we seek to serve a growing number of young people across the region.
