Teaching AssistantDue to the next phase of growth, we are excited to announce vacancies for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to work within Hill View School. This role is essential in fostering a constructive and dynamic learning environment, aiding the delivery of high-quality education across various subjects. The successful candidates will support our teaching staff in creating engaging and inclusive educational experiences that encourage student participation and learning.
Role Overview:
As an Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers to prepare and deliver instructional materials, assist in classroom management, and provide individual support to students as needed. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your educational skills in a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily lesson plans and educational activities.
Supporting the assessment of student progress, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback.
Facilitating small group sessions and one-to-one support for students requiring extra help.
Participating in school meetings and professional development sessions.
Ensuring classroom environments are safe and conducive to learning.
Maintaining records of students' progress and behaviour.
Contributing to the creation of a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Hours: 32.5 Hours per week, Term term plus INSET days (8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
