Winterbourne Academy is on the lookout for a passionate and resourceful Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming Learning Support Team. This post will start from 1st September 2025 and is fixed term until 31st August 2026 subject to budget review. Job Requirements We are looking to recruit a positive and professional role model for students—someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the Academy’s vision and values. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be prepared to work creatively with students to support their educational and personal development. They will build strong, trusting relationships with students and their parents/carers.
