We are currently seeking a talented freelance QS from a residential background to work for a Suffolk-based housing developer with sites covering Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for housing projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housing sector
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
