Are you a passionate and driven Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A School in the Chelmsford area is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a committed teacher who wants to make Maths accessible, engaging, and meaningful for students across Key Stages 3 and 4 - with the potential to teach KS5 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons at KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5)
•
Inspire students to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•
Use assessment data to inform lesson planning and interventions
•
Support a calm, focused classroom environment with high expectations
•
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
•
Participate in department meetings, CPD, and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
•
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
•
Strong curriculum knowledge and lesson planning skills
•
ECTs welcome with structured support and mentoring provided
•
Strong classroom management and clear communication
•
A commitment to inclusive, student-centred education
