Female Support Worker – Penrhyn Bay, Conwy

£24,570 per annum, pro rata* + excellent benefits

Contract Types Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | Weekends Only


Are you caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others live life to the fullest? We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our supportive team, providing care and companionship to three young women in their 20s with disabilities, living together in a welcoming home in Penrhyn Bay, Conwy.


Your Role:


As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in helping these ladies live independently and enjoy an active lifestyle. Responsibilities include:


  • Offering friendly, day-to-day support and companionship
  • Assisting with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and medication management
  • Supporting involvement in college, arts and crafts, local events, and community outings
  • Providing personal care, including support for one individual who uses a wheelchair
  • Taking part in sleep-in shifts, as part of a rota system


What We’re Looking For:


  • A compassionate, respectful, and person-centred approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to promoting independence and choice
  • No experience needed – full training will be provided
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or sleep-ins


Please note: This is a female-only role due to personal care needs, in line with the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
