Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex legal matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and legal interns
Manage multiple case files and ensure timely progression of legal matters
Prepare legal opinions, reports, and other documentation as required
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or a related field
Strong understanding of legal research methodologies and practices
Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal projects
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay Per Hour: £39.58
