Crynodeb
The post holder will work across sites and using advanced midwifery practice, and be expected to deliver patient centred advice, support and care, specifically for antenatal patients with pre-existing diabetes and those who develop gestational diabetes, and for patients during the intrapartum and postnatal period, their families and carers. Acting as a professional resource for other health care professionals within Primary and Secondary Care, you will be expected to assist in the design and delivery of educational programmes and study days appropriate to this area of speciality.
