Crynodeb
1. Provide day to day administration of the DAWN database, ensuring information is up to date. To do this on own initiative, planning and organising own working day, for example, checking data base out-puts, helping staff with their queries, arranging to meet staff to discuss issues concerning the database. 2. Work within departmental procedures, reporting to the clinical lead consultant and performance manager to check work on a regular basis. 3. Use a range of IT applications during working day including DAWN, electronic patient record, patient administration system, Trust emails and intranet. 4. To collect information and clinical data relevant to DAWN from the administrative and clinical IT systems and from department staff in a timely and accurate manner. This will involve having specialist knowledge of the DAWN system acquired through job based training. The information received is sensitive, relating to patient care. 5. To input data as required, including extraction and analysis of this data in order to produce reports and answer queries from the clinical team. 6. Plan and organise monthly reports for the clinical team generated through the DAWN system and present the report at the Rheumatology multi-disciplinary team meeting (monthly).
