The role will include: Regular ward and Community Mental Health team visits Medicine reconciliation and checking of PODs Completion of Discharge Medicines Service (DMS) dashboard Patient counselling Inpatient top up and stock top up Pharmacy governance audits Accuracy checking of medicines is desirable if suitably qualified or full training will be provided. The pharmacy department promotes a culture of continuing education and development: applicants will be expected to aspire to further enhancing their own knowledge and skills. This post will be based at Derwent Unit, Chesterfield. You will have a BTEC Level 3 Pharmaceutical Science alongside NVQ level 3 Pharmaceutical skills qualification or equivalent.
